On Monday May 5th, 2008 the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce will hold our 1st Annual Golf Tournament. The Tournament will begin with a 'shot gun' start at 12PM at Marlborough Country Club where up to 144 golfers will come together and play in a 'scramble format' to raise money for the Annual Fourth of July Parade, programs and services.

The Success of this event depends highly on participation and sponsorship from our members and residents of Sudbury. The following are ways you and/or your company can participate and help make this year's Golf Tournament a huge success:

• Sponsor a tee - A sign will be placed on a tee box advertising your business. Investment of $100.00.
• Form or Join a Team - Teams consist of four golfers with an entry fee of $150.00 per person or $600.00 for a foursome. This includes lunch on the course, dinner, cart, green fees, and prizes.
• Donate a raffle prize - Any donation would be appreciated (gift certificates, merchandise, trips, etc).
• Volunteer - Many individuals will be needed to make this a successful event for the chamber.
• If you do not golf, you can still join us in the festivities - Cost is $50.00 per person and pre-registration is required. No walk ins please.

The Sudbury Chamber of Commerce is an active force in the community with primary goals to promote growth, identify issues, project a strong business voice, inform the public and government, foster community service, ensure educational opportunity, enhance the quality of life and most importantly fund the Fourth of July Parade. All this is done through our membership and with community participation.

Your support in this endeavor will be greatly appreciated. All sponsors and prize donors will be amply recognized. If you are interested in participating, please return the enclosed forms with payment to the office no later than April 30, 2008. We hope this will provide you with a wonderful opportunity to promote your business while helping the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce reach its goals.
