Massachusetts Workforce Data Dashboard

Dear Business Community Partner,

As we continue working to attract and retain top talent across the Commonwealth, I’m pleased to share a new resource from the Healey-Driscoll Administration —developed in close partnership with the business community.

 The Massachusetts Workforce Data Dashboard is now live: www.mass.gov/workforce2025. This interactive tool offers a comprehensive snapshot of workforce demographics across the state, helping to identify opportunities for greater equity and support a more inclusive, competitive economy. This effort stems from our shared work following the passage of the Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act, signed into law by Governor Healey last year.
