The 2026 4th of July Parade is here!
The Sudbury 4th of July Parade is sponsored and produced by the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce — and this year, we're celebrating Sudbury's 250th Anniversary in a big way, with over 65 groups participating!
Thank You to Our Sponsors
None of this would be possible without our Banner Sponsors, Friends of the Parade, and lead sponsor New Horizons at Marlborough | Cummings Foundation. Please see the full sponsor list below and support them as they support us.
We're also deeply grateful to our Parade Committee members, who have volunteered for decades to make this event happen. We will miss their leadership and are grateful for their service.
What to Watch For
This year's parade features some exciting additions and beloved returning acts:
NEW: The renowned 215th Army Marching Band joins the Sudbury celebration for the first time
NEW: A vibrant percussion dance group from Veronica Robles Cultural Center, representing Latin American countries with flags and traditional garb
NEW: MetroWest Kung Fu (Maynard) and Golden Borough Productions — two lion dance acts RETURNING: The Chinese American Association of Sudbury lion dance
RETURNING: The Sudbury Ancient Fyfe & Drum Companie, Sudbury Companies of Militia & Minute, Oompa Meisters, and the always crowd-pleasing Aleppo Shriners (whose antics and incredible work for Shriners Hospitals for Children never get old)
The Sudbury 250th Committee float will feature Minutemen Commander and 250 Committee member John Neuhauser reading from the Declaration of Independence — and he'll head over to the Wayside Inn Beer Garden afterward for the full traditional reading.
Antique cars, trucks, and floats from local businesses, schools, and houses of worship will round out the lineup.
Congratulations to Our 2025 Parade Marshal!
This year's Community Citizen of the Year Award and Parade Marshal honor goes to Katina Fontes of Athina Education and Athina Books.
